PROMESH Fibres
Fibrillated Polypropylene fibers for secondary reinforcement (crack control) in concrete.
Available in 12mm, 20mm and 38mm lengths, in special water soluble bags that are just thrown into the back of the truck mixer.
PROMESH Fibres provides three dimensional crack control reinforcement in concrete. The high tensile strength, chemical resistance and alkali stability that is inherent in polypropylene fibers, makes this the most cost effective and easy to use fiber in the market today.
PROMESH Fibres imparts increased waterproofing properties.
NITOBOND EP
Slowset Epoxy resin concrete bonding agent
For bonding new cementitious materials to existing cementitious surfaces.
For use on horizontal surfaces and on vertical surfaces where concrete can be supported by shuttering.
Ideal for structural work or heavy duty applications, i.e. factories, loading bays, bridges, etc.
NITOBOND EPMF
Epoxy resin concrete bonding agent
For bonding new cementitious materials to existing cementitious surfaces.
For use on horizontal surfaces and on vertical surfaces where concrete can be supported by shuttering.

NITOBOND SBR
Water resistant polymer, concrete bonding agent.
For use as a bonding agent and admixture to cement mixes to improve bond strengths and produce "waterproof" screeds, renders and slurries.
Improves tensile and flexural strengths and allows the use of thin sections.
CHAPIX SBR
Latex for improving the properties of sand/cement mixes.
As a concrete bonding agent, for improving and bonding concrete repair mortars, floor toppings and screeds, waterproof renders and cementitous slurries.
Chapix SBR may be used for horizontal, vertical and overhead repair work and is suitable for permanent immersion.
Chapix SBR may be used to form a bonding agent and in thin set bedding adhesives for slip bricks, ceramic tiles, etc.
SPEC-CRETE
Mortarbond PVA General purpose bonding agent.
Mortarbond PVA is a general purpose polymer bonding agent.
Ideal for use in screeds, renders, repairs, etc. Not for use in wet or immersed areas.
NITOBOND AR
Acrylic bonding agent
Nitobond AR is a one part acrylic bonding agent.
Simply brushed into the pre dampened substrate Nitobond acts both as a bonding agent and as an internal curing compound to prevent excessive water loss from the cement mix.
Nitobond AR is also used as a curing compound on the surface which is compatible with most surface finishes. Nitobond AR and HAR are the specified bonding agents for the "Renderoc" system.
RENDEROC GP
General purpose cementitious repair material. British Board of Agreement certified
Renderoc GP is a shrinkage compensated dry blended mix of special cements and aggregates. Designed as a general purpose grade, Renderoc GP can be applied by trowel, or by wet or dry spray process. Applied thickness from 10 mm to 30 mm vertically and up to 20 mm thick in overhead applications.
Highly efficient barrier properties, such as resistance to ingress of chloride ions, carbon dioxide and water.
RENDEROC HB40
High build polymer modified cementitious repair material, for use in vertical and overhead situations.
Renderoc HB is a fibre reinforced material which is used to repair damaged and deteriorated concrete.
Shrinkage compensated and lightweight with significant barrier properties, Renderoc HB can be applied by trowel or wet spray process in a thickness of 80 mm vertically or 50 mm overhead in a single application without supporting framework.
RENDEROC LA
Fluid, high performance, shrinkage compensated microconcrete. British Board of Agreement certified.
Renderoc LA is used for the reinstatement of damaged, defective or deteriorated concrete by partial or total replacement. Dual shrinkage compensation offsets shrinkage in both the plastic and hardened states.
Its fluid nature ensures total compaction and void filling without vibration.
High strengths, low permeability and unique admixtures ensure long term service with exceptional barrier properties.
RENDEROC PLUG
Rapid setting, cementitious waterstopping mortars.
For patching, plugging, caulking, joint filling, pointing and waterproofing of concrete segments, concrete and brick tunnels, sewage systems, pipes, basements, wells, foundations, etc.
NITOPRIME ZINCRICH
Active, single component epoxy zinc primer. British Board of Agreement certified.
Nitoprime Zincrich is the required anti corrosion primer for use with the Renderoc concrete repair system.
It actively resists corrosion in the repaired area and also aids in the prevention of corrosion in the adjacent areas. Single component, so mixing wastages are eliminated.
Nitoprime Zincrich can also be used to touch up welded areas and as a cold galvanized coating.
NITOMORTAR S
High performance epoxy mortar.
For speedy and permanent repairs to spalled or cracked concrete structures, bedding of precast concrete beams and all concrete repair work where strength, impermeability to water and resistance to aggressive chemicals is essential.
NITOMORTAR HB
High build epoxy mortar
For fast and permanent repairs to spalled concrete structures, particularly in vertical or overhead situations.
For emergency repairs to concrete columns, beams and soffit faces to effect a profiled finish and provide adequate protection to reinforcing steel.
NITOKIT LV & TH
Pre packaged epoxy crack injection system
Nitokit is a complete pre packaged epoxy resin system for crack injection.
Nitokit LV is a low viscosity product and is capable of filling voids as low as 0.1 mm.
Nitokit TH is a thixothropic grade and is designed to be used where the depth of injection needs to be controlled or where only one side of a repair is accessible.
